Newsletters

SendGrid now allows you to send out newsletters with email tracking capabilities.

Tracking capabilities include:

• Total Newsletters Sent Out
• Bounce tracking
• Subscription Management
• Spam Reports
• Clicks
• Opens

You can also store templates / lists with SendGrid.

The quickest way to get started is by using our newsletter wizard. You can also review our step by step guide.

• API implementation coming soon! All functionality on the website will be available over our API.

• You can import existing user list using our list manager.
• You can optionally define an external URL. We know it can be tough keeping two lists (your own list and the one stored with SendGrid) in sync. With SendGrid, you can define a URL that contains the user list information. Information regarding the format and syntax can be found here.

• Store your all your previously sent newsletters here.
• Reuse the same newsletter multiple times when sending out.

• Define tags you can substitute to further customize your outgoing newsletters. For example, if you want your newsletter to include account information for your user, you can define tags such as [address], [city], [zip]. These tags will then get substituted with the correct information you provide us about that specific users. More information regarding using custom tags.
